GLSV was awarded a contract to supply Air Intake Silencers for the US Navy’s Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer. This destroyer is a multi-mission warship able to fulfill strategic land strike, anti-aircraft warfare, anti-submarine warfare, and anti-surface warfare roles. GLSV’s silencers are custom designed and built to operate in the demanding naval environment and withstand shock, vibration and other loading conditions, as well as meet specific airflow and acoustic requirements. GLSV engineers and manufactures naval intake and exhaust silencers in accordance with strict NAVSEA welding and quality requirements. We are proud to support the US Navy and this storied ship class that has been in service for over 30 years!
