GLSV has both 3-axis CNC milling capability and CNC turning in-house.  We leverage these capabilities to serve our clientele requiring rapid turn-around and/or product and process development support.  We often deliver complete exhaust systems requiring custom flanges and forming tools, which can be turned around quickly and at minimal expense due to our machining capability.  This ability also allows us to support our clients as they begin to develop manufacturing process and tooling development for their product.  Our machining capabilities are also available to our clients who are working with GLSV to solve product issues or perform performance testing.  We can machine custom fixtures in support of test or rapidly prototype potential solutions for evaluation.  Our in house machining capability offers our clientele significant value in a wide variety of activiites.
