GLSV has in-house capabilities for component manufacture from composites using vacuum forming, resin transfer, and machining techniques.  GLSV has a 4x8 thermoformer useful for prototype, low and mid-volume production of composite parts in a variety of sizes up to 4’ x 8’ x 2’ deep.  We can leverage our waterjet and CNC machining capability to quickly create forms.  We have experience with a variety of plastics, fabrics, and resins.
