We possess the tools to predict engine manifold noise and allowable flow restrictions, design silencing based on these predictions, predict resulting overall noise levels, perform all required analysis to insure outstanding performance and a robust design, build to model, validate, and deliver production intent systems in line with compressed development cycles.
We maintain in-house CNC machining for custom flanges and sheet metal forming tools, sheet metal bending and rolling, MIG - TIG- resistance welding, tube bending capabilities, and composite processing to support engine silencer and piping system requirements. These extensive in-house capabilities allow us to support tight customer timelines and budgets to design and produce an engine silencer that exceeds customer expectations.
GLSV fills a niche market requiring custom exhaust and induction silencers and systems. We offer our customers unique capability because we are capable of complete system develop on a compressed timeline. This is possible because we possess in-house all required capabilities required to design, analyze, manufacture and test silencing systems. GLSV can start with an existing system, experimentally determine baseline acoustic performance and flow restriction, design an improved silencing system based on available space claim, perform all required analysis to insure outstanding performance and a robust design, build to model, validate and deliver production intent systems in a matter of weeks.
